Ways to Get Involved!
OUTright Youth of Catawba Valley is a 501.c.3 nonprofit created to make a safe space and provide support for LGBTQIA+ youth and their allies. We aim to serve as a vehicle of change in our community by helping LGBTQIA+ youth navigate adolescence and young adulthood in positive ways while educating others regarding the worth, value, and benefits of a diverse population.
Volunteers are the beating heart of OUTright Youth of Catawba Valley. Every volunteer has had a criminal background check and extensive training on youth health, safety, and inclusion. Volunteers are needed for things like hosting activities or speaking engagements at the youth groups, facilitating the youth groups, social events, fundraisers, board members, and more!
